May 13, 2025 · Thom MillerGreat place kids love , Friendly staff , Clean . I recommend annual membership if you go often .
May 23, 2025 · Duane RochaTook my kids here for a fun spring break outing, but it turned into a frustrating experience. I have a special needs child and two neurotypical children, and outings are already challenging—especially with the constant stares. Unfortunately, after just 35 minutes, a rude teenage employee approached me and told me to stand farther away from my daughter because I wasn’t wearing socks. No one had mentioned this rule before, and I had been observing without issue. I explained that my daughter struggles with transitions, and taking her out just to get socks would be difficult. He just shrugged.Frustrated, I gathered my child, my mom, and my boys and demanded a refund. The general manager—who had given us our wristbands without mentioning socks—then lectured me for cussing at her employee. Meanwhile, other employees mocked and laughed at my mom when she pointed out that other people were wearing shoes inside. This place is a joke. Discriminatory, rude staff, overpriced admission, and filthy, chewed-up foam blocks. The music is obnoxiously loud. Never again—we’ll be making the drive to Sky Zone from now on.
Mar 26, 2025 · Hannah McCoyCame here to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family. Fun for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price point was reasonable. The pizza is ordered out, so better than you would expect for a closed venue. The real shining point that moves this venue from a four to a five star though is the staff. We had never been there before and the young man that checked us in was patient and so helpful. Guy was an all star. Missed his name on the tag, but he needs a medal and a bonus!
May 15, 2023 · Tony SkeansMy son's birthday party was awesome! Staff was amazing our server was above and beyond! Got Groupon which saved me money, had 10 people 2 large pizzas, water, free t shirt, free 1hour jump return visit , 2 hours jump time for the party with food or cake in-between it is rushed but I'd recommend doing it fast or waiting until after the party other then that everyone was happy and it went very well!
