Altitude Trampoline Park Gastonia offers several features and highlights that make it a compelling choice for entertainment, though some aspects have received mixed feedback from patrons:
- Extensive Range of Attractions: The sheer variety of activities, from the main trampoline courts to dodgeball, foam pits, and the zip line, ensures there's something to keep most ages entertained and active. This broad appeal is a major draw for families with diverse interests.
- Membership Value: For frequent visitors, the monthly membership offers a "decent value for the money," providing consistent access to the park at an affordable rate. This makes it a sustainable option for regular exercise and fun for local families.
- Dedicated Areas for Young Children: The "Kid's Court" or "Toddler Play" zones are crucial highlights, providing a safe and less overwhelming environment for the youngest jumpers, allowing parents to feel more comfortable.
- Changes and Improvements: Recent internal changes aimed at making the facility "nicer and more areas available" suggest an ongoing effort by the park to enhance the visitor experience and address feedback.
- Birthday Party Convenience: The structured birthday party packages, including dedicated hosts and food options, simplify party planning for parents, making it a popular choice for celebrations.
However, it is important for North Carolina locals to be aware of some areas where the park has received critical feedback. These include:
- Inconsistent Access to Facilities: Some long-term members report that parts of the facility are frequently "blocked off or just broken," limiting access to attractions despite paying for full access.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns: There have been consistent complaints regarding cleanliness (e.g., "so dirty," "no toilet paper or paper towels in bathrooms") and maintenance issues (e.g., broken bathroom door, un-repaired equipment).
- Staff Presence and Engagement: Feedback sometimes indicates a lack of visible staff supervision in play areas and instances of unhelpful staff interactions, impacting overall customer service.
- Video Game Pricing: The arcade area is noted as being "too expensive," leading to it often being empty.
- Limited Seating for Parents: A significant complaint is the "zero chairs for parents to sit at all," making it uncomfortable for non-jumping adults.
These points suggest that while the park has a strong foundation of offerings, consistent execution in maintenance and customer service could significantly elevate the overall visitor experience.

Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
Today’s staff was nice. Membership decent value for the money. I have the old membership rate of only 10 bucks per month. Video Games area is too expensive, if lowered pricing more people would play, that area is usually empty. Seems like they have made some changes to the inside recently to make things a little bit nicer and more areas available & not blocked off.
May 01, 2025 · Jonah RosenthalBeen paying monthly membership here for years, always only have access to half the facility, always have things blocked off or just broken, caution tape all over the place literally in half of the inside today. Place is so dirty. No staff to be found on many days or they are found and they are lazing around somewhere not doing squat including the management. Snack bar up front is always out of the already limited items that they have for snacks and drinks. Boys bathroom has one stall that does not have a door on it and is also the one with a baby changing station, has been this way for over 2 years and is ridiculous when it is a place for kids. Bathroom never has toilet paper or paper towels and if you tell staffing anything they just look at you like you disturbed them. Basically no places and zero chairs for parents to sit at all. This place could be so much better with minimal effort & investment by management and ownership. Whoever is running this place, management, ownership really needs to take a look at how many complaints occur at this place that both affect safety of the kids as well as just customer service and their own profits. Been to many other trampoline parks including other Altitude locations and this one is by far the worst. Unfortunately there are not any other local options.
Jan 20, 2025 · Jonah RosenthalMy kid has thoroughly enjoyed. They are very nice and willing to do anything if you asked. I appreciate the environment and the consistent attention to kids and their safety.
Jun 27, 2025 · Curtis BrooksWe have a membership here simply because it’s close to my church and we have a 50 min drive home so I want to give the kids some time to run their energy out. They get 2 stars because the kids do get their energy out but…. So many of their things are broken or blocked off. The staff is constantly blowing whistles yelling at the kids to not run. My son got banned from the dodge ball court for a day because a smaller kid ran in front of where he threw the ball. It was a complete accident. They have removed all the comfort chairs that we used to get to sit in and relax while our kids bounced. Then today I come in looking forward to using the massage chair and they moved it down stairs. I cannot sit down there because then I can’t keep an eye on my kids. So I’m forced to sit on a hard spot by the trampoline slide which has a board that is coming off and pinch’s my legs. The bathrooms are always a mess and one of the workers went in when I did and she asked if I smelled something and I said yes she found a stall with dirty toilet paper on the floor she just backed up and went to a different stall. Then I was approached by multiple staff asking me to leave them a good review. When asked why they feel they should get a good review they looked blankly at me and said I get $5 for every 5 star review. I feel my kids should be able to have access to water while jumping because they could get to dehydrated because they don’t want to go all the way down to the cubby’s to get a drink. All in all I feel this place could use some serious upgrades and they need to bring back the seating up stairs.
Feb 09, 2025 · Donna BassMy Husband and I brought our son here to enjoy his birthday for the “Glow Party”. He had 10 guests with him and we were all charged approximately $35 for each child! I am EXTREMELY and highly irritated, upset and frustrated with what I encountered during our first visit at this place! When we entered which was around 8:00PMish the building was lit up and there was NO “GLOW PARTY”; talk about false advertisement!!!!!!! I brought my concern to the manager on duty “Kim” and she seemed to not care whatsoever, she rudely and very “unprofessionally” brushed me off. She then stated that the parties who had rooms needed light to clean up to leave and that’s why they had the lights on!!! My son and his party were upset and of course my Husband and I were upset for the amount of money we spent!!! They didn’t get to enjoy NO GLOW PARTY as advertised from 7:00PM-10:00PM. They even closed at 9:50PM! Like what in the entire world!?!? I WILL NEVER come back to this raggedy place!!! On top of it all….. some sections of the trampoline park were closed off and not working. Smh, such a HORRIBLE experience! And Kim obviously has poor management skills. I feel as though I should have at least paid regular admission for this experience! Never Again!
