Altitude Trampoline Park - Cincinnati-Anderson Reviews
First time going. The staff was two women and they were Very sweet. The one was younger and one was older (not old by any means of course) but the older one was so incredibly nice and helpful (the lady in one of my pics) . After being baffled by the amount of parents who just simply don’t watch their kids, seeing kids run wild and getting in other kids way where they don’t belong, I’m even more impressed how that lady was so happy and upbeat and so kind. I couldn’t handle a job like that. She deserves a raise! Absolutely adored her so please pass that along. The park itself is smaller than expected. It’s very fun but we went on a weekday (with our homeschool group) and my kids still could barely get on the game station trampoline, the air bag thing, dodgeball, or basketball because of the sheer number of kids who had no parents in sight running around getting on things that clearly said “one kid at a time”… no balls in the basket ball area but one so luckily one random teen gave my kids the one ball she had which was very sweet because we didn’t even ask her or anything. My daughter got on the video game thing one time (after waiting her turn for 15 mins) and that was ruined immediately with two random kids (3-5 yrs old) getting on it with her in her way half way thru her game. And my kids are too polite and sweet so she just got off and let them have it. There is a baby-small kid area and it’s super cool but somehow the main areas were flooded with literal babies (swear to god) and toddlers everywhere running without any parents anywhere in sight. Point being, place was great, fun, great staff, the foam blocks didn’t smell bad (according to my other daughter lol) like I read on the reviews lol, and my kids had fun. But the cons are ; parents are horrific and don’t watch their spawns of Satan, and if your kids aren’t okay being assertive and rude they won’t get turns on anything like mine didn’t. So go on a weekday during school hours if you can. Place itself is great and has some claw machines and fun stuff besides the main attraction. Your kids will have fun but peace be with you dealing with other parents… oh and you have to buy their socks which I believe were $3.49. But you keep them and can use them next time you go
Jan 30, 2025 · AshleyWe got the MVP room Birthday package for our son, an it did not disappoint. It was set up for us on arrival, with decorations and plates ready to start. Everything was easy an effortless as for my part. I am so appreciative for all the wonderful staff support in planning an getting it worked out the week leading up to the party. As well as giving all our party guest a memorable day while we was there an they even cleaned up for us! Thank you to Lucy our host who was so sweet an prompt she is just wonderful! I will forever consider this facility for our no fuss birthdays experiences! It was super packed with lots of kids running around but it was also a Saturday afternoon so it should be expected. But everything else was great the Birthday Boy said it was the best party!! Thank you guys again an if your considering a party here you won't be disappointed.
Mar 16, 2025 · Joanna FosterWorst experience and if I could give 0 stars I would. I took my two boys today. My 5 year old had grown men jumping all around him almost knocking him down. Multiple times they jumped on the same trampoline as him until I had him to move. Then as we were about to leave my oldest son that is 10 had two boys jump on him. They bruised his shin, pinned him and put their elbow in his back. Staff was alerted right away and seen the situation. I talked to a manager and nothing was done! They refused to remove the kids even though there was other witnesses. They offered us a free hour as if I would want to expose my children further to that type of environment.
Jun 14, 2025 · Chantelle CanterAmazing place to take your kids reasonably priced and plenty to keep kids occupied highly recommend checking them out
Feb 01, 2025 · Zachary ScottOur party host was amazing and it made my sons birthday party so EASY. She had the table all set up for our arrival and made sure to take care of all the cleanup. She checked in several times and made sure the pizza was delivered exactly when we wanted it. I was able to chat with other parents as everything was taken care of (and the kids had a blast!). I wish I remembered her name so I could share it but I was so impressed by her
