We Rock The Spectrum Studio City Reviews
Love this place! My son has a strong sensory need for climbing, and this hit the mark! A rock wall, a jungle gym, zip line, trampoline, 8 different sensory swings and more! The couple that owns the place is so sweet and kind, and I can’t wait to come back. I watched how the worked with the drop off kids as well, and was so impressed by their patience! Would definitely do one of their drop off programs.
Jan 02, 2024 · Marguerite SmithWe have been going to the Studio City We Rock the Spectrum for over 6 years. I don’t have any children on the spectrum, but love for my kids to be in an environment where all kids can play. We have loved this space for many years.Yesterday, we visited for the first time since the new owners have moved into the space. We were very impressed! There are new, very fun apparatuses, a fresh and updated dramatic play (now toddler) area, fun squishmallows for sale, and just an overall joyous atmosphere. The place was quite busy, but children were navigating the space and social relationships so beautifully and with very little need for scaffolding. Everyone was having a good time. They had to kindly ask us to leave when they closed, or we would have stayed all night!Update: We continue to love coming to We Rock the Spectrum in Studio City. Katie and Will have really brought some fresh ideas into the space, including in-and-out privileges so that you don’t have to time visits perfectly between meals and naps and such. They have added many sensory toys to their sale inventory and the space continues to look clean and well maintained time after time. We have a blast every time we come.
Aug 18, 2024 · Shannon WalshPerfect place for my little one to get her energy out and leave tired lol. It's always so clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness is why l love it the most, They have two sets of play grounds, one for younger kids and another for older kids and both of my kids love it.Thank you to staff Emily for interacting with my little ones and for also for showing the place.Don’t know what would do without this place grateful for discovering it. Thank you we rock studio city!
Mar 27, 2025 · Christina RodriguezTo call yourself “we rock the spectrum” which is a “play gym that provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to foster learning & sensory-safe experiences” is RIDICULOUS!!! There is no regulation or supervision in this place to facilitate a safe or nurturing environment. How is it that two neurotypical children are allowed to play here when they are BULLYING and HARASSING a nonverbal child with autism. Isn’t this a place specifically designed for children on the autism spectrum??? For multiple adults to witness this behavior and not intervene is so DISGUSTING and truly disheartening. This behavior was happening repeatedly. This should not be allowed or tolerated in the slightest. Don’t go here. To say parents do better is an understatement. Don’t take your kids to a place designed for special needs if they can’t be nice.
Mar 27, 2025 · Trinity VasquezWe have been visiting this place for a month and I thought it was great, a space where children can play, and where they are understood, because my children have autism, but it was really sad and annoying that one of the mothers who was there did not let my son go on the trampoline, and practically pushed him so he could not enter because her daughters were inside. If you are delicate, do not go to a place open to the public, and don’t dare to touch a 6-year-old child.
