Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Fun place. The addmision price is higher than I want. Plus, the need to purchase socks is extra. Many fun activities, arcade games-message chair are fair priced. Ordered 3 large pizzas one topping, the pizza was priced fair, quick, hot, and tasty. Employees were kind, helpful, and easy to find. I will visit again for my kids.
Mar 24, 2025 · Christopher MartinezIt’s an okay place for a child (because they don’t see the little details). As an adult, though, the place is filthy. There was popcorn and trash all over the floors each time we’ve been there. The tables were dirty and never cleaned. They’re under-staffed on peak hours so your child will waste a ton of time standing around in line waiting to play on the best attractions (zip-line, bumper cars, etc). The popcorn isn’t fresh. The pizza is absolutely disgusting (thank God kids will eat just about anything when they’re hungry). The staff they do have are all teenagers with no real concept of customer service because of poor training. But again all things a child doesn’t see but a parent does. As a “one and done” visit type of place sure, it’s neat, but it’s disgusting in there.
Mar 08, 2025 · JeremyUrban Air in Saginaw is a fun spot for kids — plenty of attractions to keep them busy and prices that aren’t too bad. There’s no shortage of things to do, and my kid had a great time burning off energy. That said, the facility itself left a lot to be desired. While the food line was short, the service was painfully slow. But the biggest issue was the cleanliness. Trash was all over the place, the bathrooms were disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in hours, if not all day.Even worse, some of the trampolines looked like they had vomit or urine stains on them, and the overall upkeep of the place was just bad. For a place that caters to families and kids, it really needs better maintenance.Yes, it’s fun — but be prepared for a less-than-hygienic experience. I strongly recommend going straight home for showers.
Mar 27, 2025 · Laura BauerWe went on Monday and it was not busy at all! It was so nice to not wait in lines like the first time we went. There was not enough staff though. The manager was very nice and helpful. We arrived right after they opened and the porcelain in both family bathrooms had pee all over them. We talked to the manager and he asked someone to clean them. We watched the kid go in with wipes to clean them. He walked in looked at the toilet and then just threw the wipes away. He didn't clean anything Very disappointing. This same employee was in the rock climbing area when my daughter was in there. This was her first time trying it and she forgot how to clip in for the belay. She asked the employee for help because parents aren't allowed in to supervise unless there is less than 4 people in there. His response was "well you should have paid attention". Which she definitely did. She is just only 8 and it was her first time. She was so embarrassed and sad.I'm disappointed overall with our experience. It seems like it could be an awesome place. So many fun things to do.Unfortunately the uncleanliness and the unkind employee and the lack of employees really ruined the experience. We were also over charged by $12 on our entrance fee. I don't think we will be back.
Jun 18, 2025 · Katie HartThis was my family first time and it was so much fun. The worker were very nice and helpful. Special shout out to Malachi who who took the time and announce my niece's birthday for me. Wil be going back there soon.
