Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
The first and last time visited this place. You have to choose from three ticket options. When I asked what was better for 5 years, I got «everything». However, we chose the medium version where it was SkyRide. And of course when the child wanted to go there they measured it and said that height was not enough! When it came time to check minicars found that there is no one and you have to wait... why did I then even take this ticket to wait 35-40 minutes while the staff will free from virtual reality attraction and finally turned on with a limit of 4 people 👀😆The cashier also allowed to wear their socks at the time of payment, but staff on the mini cars forbade entering until we replace to their socks. The cashier doesn’t know the rules. The staff is rude and dissatisfied.Restroom is dirty. You’ll just waste time and ruin your mood, especially with children under 8.
Jun 14, 2025 · Mariia KraiukhinaTonight we celebrated my grandson’s birthday at Urban Air in Port Richey, Florida. I have never experienced such a lack of concern and consideration from a manager in my life. My daughter and her boyfriend bought the highest tier tickets for him and his guests at $34 a piece. Looking forward to a joyous event we were sadly disappointed in the lack of staff, the closure of several high tiered activities, and the machines dispensing the arcade swiping tickets were all broken. The concession stand was out of most flavors of soda. The wait for games was long due to the lack of staff and when I asked a team leader about why, she said all you have to do is ask them to shut down one activity and go to the one you want. The bumper car, yes just one was pathetic. Who wants to ride one bumper car without the thrill of the chase. There was only one. Shortly after finding out you could not purchase tickets to the arcade games I approached the front desk, asking to speak to a manager. I got a reply what do you want to talk to me about - when she was on the phone with this manager. A person in a blue shirt came over who had been cleaning the tables and stated that she was aware of the issues (things had been broken for awhile now) but was unwilling to refund their money or even a portion of their money, down to the lower tier. There was no signs posted that the activities would not be available. As a matter of fact when I said I was going to post a review to let the public know she stated “Go ahead I don’t care”. Do not waste your money at this place. They don’t care if your child wants to ride the bumper car(s). What fun is that to just ride around the rink in a single bumper car?? The virtual games were blocked off. Everyone was so crowded on the trampolines that it was impossible to run down them without fear of hurting someone. This is not a local place I want to do business with. How about you??
Jan 19, 2025 · L TrimbleWe absoultelty love this place. We have a membership and go 1 to 2 times a week. My four year old and 10 year old both are entertained for hours and do not want to wait. It is extremely clean. The staff are kind. I totally recommend.
Mar 19, 2025 · Jennifer PackBefore you pay see if you can walk around to make sure it’s worth it . I didn’t do it and went and paid, then after 5 minutes I was ready to leave . I do not recommend it if you have a toddler. There are better places around with so much more for them to do( this is not the place) I found the tube playground a little dark , babies love ball pits and the one they have its not for little ones , my 4 year old wasn’t allowed . I also noticed that areas are open by request .
Apr 26, 2025 · jessica torresI have been coming here just about every weekend for the past year with my granddaughter and we absolutely love it. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Sage at the concession stand is absolutely the best. Always has a smile no matter how chaotic it gets at her station, she remains calm and collected ensuring everyone is taken care of in a fast in friendly mannor. If you sit still long enough you will see a flash of blue shirt which would be Craig, the Park Lead, always moving and jumping in where needed. He's is what all managers should strive to be and the fact that over the last year of coming I continue to see the same faces tells me his staff love him too and love working here.We will definitely continue to come back over and over again for the fun, food and fantastic staff.
