Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Family fun with variety of activities. We went for their soft opening and had a blast. Fairly large facility with a different jumping and climbing options ranging including go karts, ropes course, zip line, obstacle course, dodge ball, and climbing walls.Since we went for the soft opening and could access all the premium options, activities like the go karts were busier than I would expect normally. However, they overstaffed so there were no major bottle necks. We started at the go karts since that was close to the entrance. It would be helpful to have a cubby for phones and personal items since they recommend not have those in your pocket. The electric karts were very slow. Someone is actively controlling the speed of each cart. You could allow for higher speeds if you spread out the karts more.We tried the ropes course and the zip line next. There’s a fair amount of prep time putting on your harness so I would do the zip line several times while you have your harness on. I would also make sure to wear shorts or pants that are comfortable with a harness as you have straps all around your business. We tried the obstacle course next. There are four lanes that have elements similar to a ninja warrior course. People really wanted to race their friends but since the lanes are different it’s not a fair comparison. There is a timing feature that no one used or paid any attention to. The shelf on the warrior lane is very difficult. I didn’t see anyone successfully navigate that. The variety of obstacles was fun and we tried all the lanes. We went to the climbing wall area next. You harness up again, but there are a bunch of different walls and activities it’s worth the harnessing time. The see through climbing wall is fun to race against someone. We also did the battle bat-tons and the other trampolines. All in all we had a lot of fun. Things seemed to go smoothly which is impressive for such a large facility on opening day. There was a line for the food, but I would imagine the will ramp up staff as it’s added revenue.Tons of free parking.

Jun 15, 2025 · Ivan PawelekBrand new venue. The kids had a blast. Go karts, trampolines, crazy obstacle courses, and much more for all ages. Plenty of parking. Even covered parking, first that I've ever seen. The staff was very helpful and having a good time also. Definitely not the same boring trampoline parks that I'm accustomed too. First time seeing adult beverages available. Definitely helps the parents if stuck there more than 2 hours with the kids!🤣
Jun 14, 2025 · Raynard CeaserSo happy this opened up so close to our house. We got the annual membership and it's an amazing deal! So far we've been coming Friday evenings and it's the perfect amount of people. We were able to do the zip line over and over since no one was in line. The go karts are a blast. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of snacks and drink options.Only negative would be the climbing course. There's only one person ever working it and since they have to connect the harnesses and then each person to the individual climbing structure it takes sooo long because there's like 6 different ones. Today my child was 4th in line and it took 20 min for her to start getting strapped in.
Jun 28, 2025 · Cat GWe were so excited for an Urban Air to open near us! This location is amazing- they have go carts and bumper cars which was a nice surprise! Got a membership for the kids as we need all the air conditioned fun we can get in the summer. It’s brand new, very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Welcome to the neighborhood!
