Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
This place is in need of a lot of maintenance! The 5 and under area had pads missing which exposed concrete in an area where toddlers have to climb over a spinning thing definitely not safe with those pads missing. Most of the lights were out in the 5 and under area and there was an exposed metal pipe coming up out of the floor that a toddler could easily get hurt by. We told a worker they seemed not to care, so we asked for a manager who never came. There were also kids way older than 5 in the 5 and under area. The lockers were out of order, laser tag lights weren't working, Wipeout didn't work either, and another area was closed off. This place is way overpriced and for the price you pay you would think this place would be in tip-top shape, but it is far from that.
Jun 28, 2025 · Tiffany HarveyI had a birthday party for my daughter here and it was very bad weather so my husband called around 10:15 am and they said they were gonna be open all day! We get there in the horrible weather had people drive from all over to come to the party, they tell us at 12 pm that there gonna close at 1pm and we can either leave or stay till one, we had a party table from 11/1 and the kids can jump all day pass after the party is over! Well they close at one pm so the kids barely got to jump due to eating cake and pizza at the table. I told my daughter to go jump a bit longer so she could play for a few mins with her friends since it's being cut short so she didn't even get to open her presents there at her party! I went to pay and asked if there was any compensation due to the kids not being able to jump and half the stuff being closed and we paid for the ultimate passes and they said sorry no! I asked for my daughter jump pass for the birthday girl and they said since we didn't rent a room that she didn't get one even tho my email says it's included in her party. I paid 400$ for this and they will not do anything for me and said we didn't get cut short because we had our party table time! I'm a very upset customer to pay 400$ to be treated like this and not have any compensation for the weather being bad and people driving in the storm because they said they would be open! And refusing to give my daughter what I paid for! Picture to show it says she should have got a jump pass for later! Very very unhappy customer! Called 2xs to try to see if they would do something and NOTHING!!!!!!
Apr 09, 2025 · Brittany MacPhersonI’ve waited several months and several visits to write this review. However, I feel it important for others to know how this place is run. First off, urban air as a franchiser is sketchy. They never take responsibility for failures of their franchises. Don’t expect any help from them ever. Second, this particular location is very poorly run. It’s filthy, run by teenagers who mostly just stand around and chat. Don’t expect any of them to help you in a timely manner. Several attractions are broken or closed or otherwise run-down. Also, don’t expect them to honor membership benefits. We purchased platinum in December. Today they informed us that platinum no longer exists so we will no longer receive some of the benefits that came with it. They gave me the run around, saying it was corporate, but I contacted corporate who told me it was the franchisee. Overall, the kids like it. The owner could just do a better job at keeping the place decent and having better customer service.
Mar 14, 2025 · Katherine HinckleyMy son is on the spectrum (he has Autism). I’m trying to teach him to be more independent by being more sociable. Just like any other 15!yr old boy, he didn’t want his mother to sit and “babysit” him. So against my better judgment, I allowed him to go in alone and enjoy himself. When I picked him up, he said he had fun although some of the “rides” were closed. With his own money, he purchased the ultimate package and when he named the third ride, I had a few questions. I wanted to know how many rides he actually played on which led me to question if it was cost effective. It was explained to me that he could have gone into. For example, the laser tag area if he would’ve read the sign, he would’ve known to go and get one of the employees to unlock it for him. My son struggles in wares of reading. But besides that fact, any reasonable person who came upon that same area Would have assumed that my son did that it was closed. So he didn’t look for a sign nor was he told to look for a sign. In which sign should he have looked for as there are me many signs posted on the walls. The interaction between the manager the employee and myself took a different tone. It seems as though they thought I was there only to get a refund, which is far from being true. From the beginning, their attitude was dismissive and condescending. As I was leaving the manager said “call Jared and tell him that we refused to give you a refund“”. Not only was that unprofessional, but that was disrespectful. but it’s not about me. It’s about future consumers, especially the kiddos. Please explain to them about reading the sign if they come to an area that is dark because it might not be closed as they would assume, but it might be open making their experience, a more enjoyable one not only for the child but the parent(s) of child. I would also ask that the employees be mindful of how they interact with their customers…..you never know the backstory of the individual standing in front of you. Thank you for reading and God bless.
Mar 31, 2025 · Mona PharoahToday was the worst experience I've had here after being there for about 30 minutes with my granddaughter for who I pay for a monthly premium subscription for we spent 20 minutes trying to get someone to open the zip line my first trip to the front desk I was told I WOULD HAVE TO FIND A EMPLOYEE TO GO THERE.i walked up to a couple kids standing in a small group one boy asked me what time it was it was 543 then they said I would have to find some one else because they got off at 6 and was told to go find someone else so we went back to the counter to just get told the same thing again after asking a 4th EMPLOYEE 5 minutes later I was told the same thing. If your employees aren't going to help the guest may you should get a response able adult to run the place or if you are not going to run something just say that right out instead of making a customer try to talk 5 different kids into doing there job
