Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I took my daughter to Urban Air to celebrate her 8th birthday, and it was a complete disaster. The food was terrible—the chicken wings were way too salty, and the chicken tenders were burnt. To make matters worse, she got hurt on one of the rides, and shortly after, a fight broke out. The situation escalated so badly that the cops had to be called, and we had to leave early. The whole experience was chaotic and unsafe. I would not recommend this place at all—it’s poorly managed and not a good environment for kids. Stay away!
Feb 22, 2025 · Michelle FontelFirst time going to Urban Air. Overall experience was fun. We went there for a birthday party and the staff was on point with there services. I do have to say that the young lady that was assigned to us was amazing. The food was a 7 out of 10. The reason why I gave it a 3 is because it wasn't the cleanest. The floors were extremely dirty and a few other things as well. But the staff does make up for the rest if you know what I mean. I was debating on going back and I'm willing to give it a 2nd chance.
Jun 22, 2025 · David BrummettWhen we went the past few times, it was hot as hell in the building. NO a/c and when ordering food the staff were rude and ghetto. We order the family package with a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza but upon pick up we received 2 cheese pizzas. The African American gentleman in front of us got our food and we had to wait a little longer. This place has horrible customer service and we attended on a Saturday May 17th from 630pm & left around 815pm due to them closing earlier than their intial schedule says they do.Many of the kids dont act right. Its different than Altitude in spring, Texas. Ill have a reviee on that another day.
May 19, 2025 · Amin “Mino Hafsi” HafsiSo I Love to Bring My Grandson but there are a lot of upgrades needed especially in the white ball section I had a friends Son work here and since the Covid those balls have not been replaced they have duct tape on mats they need to exchange them for New ones and I never see them disinfecting around the areas but the most important part is the Ball area they are so dirty as you can see in the picture but I believe that they should do that as soon as possible like Today they need to take out all those balls throw them away and replace a new bottom cover and Replace with brand new Balls for the children and young adults that would be the best health care possible and every two weeks spay antibacterial to keep it bacterial FreeThank You keep up the Amazing work you all do God Bless you allOh I believe they should have a safety net for the kids that go on that harness walk on the ceiling you never know I child or a young adult may fall so I really recommend a safety net all around the bottom of that walk
Jun 11, 2025 · Letticia TorresImmediately when you enter, you are rushed straight to a computer next to the doors to sign away your rights in the event you can't walk out. This place is so fun but only recommended to the most physically fit and with prime grade strength and agility. The waivers you sign aren't for no reason and are very lengthy and well cover that you are on your own out there so don't complain about injuries to them. They will give you an ice pack and a hug if it happens though, at least that's my experience. They have great pizza brought in from a local pizza shop right when you order. It can be expensive due to triple mark up but totally worth it because you're having fun and need a break anyway from the vicious trampolines. You work up an appetite. They will definitely remind you to tip toward the end of your paid timer. I was threatened that he would find me if it wasn't there in the booklet when he came back moments later to retrieve it. I headed his warning and definitely tipped well so I could keep having fun at the trampoline basketball hoops without humiliation. I still needed to leave as the hero.
