Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
I wouldn’t personally recommend this place based on our recent visit. When we arrived, it was quite empty, and several attractions were unavailable, possibly due to staffing shortages? The VR station was closed, and the water fountain area had a wet floor, making it difficult for kids—especially those in socks—to access it safely.Cleanliness ?we noticed stains on the floors, and the overall hygiene of the space didn’t feel well-maintained. Many of the play structures and surfaces appeared worn and in need of cleaning or updating. The ball pit had many deflated balls. On a positive note, most of the staff were very friendly and kind, which we appreciated. However, announcements over the speaker were hard to understand. The environment didn’t feel as fun or clean as we had hoped. The pricing felt high for what was offered. Unfortunately, we don’t plan to return.
May 31, 2025 · S SThis place wouldn't get 1 star if that was an option! Took my 2 children there and paid for platinum. The youngest was literally 1/2 inch too short for go carts and zipline. One worker let her do the zipline as soon as we got there, then she wasn't allowed to do that or anything else!!! But there was another child the exact same height as her and they let him do the zipline (pic for reference) so a $30 dollar ticket and cost of socks for her to be able to jump in a ball pit is ridiculous!!! Also the pizza is disgusting unless you like biting into under cooked dough!! We will never go back!!! Save your money. There's cheaper places for the little ones to have fun. The video shows her 5 seconds that she got to enjoy this place.Update: management did reach out. This means a lot and earned my respect 🙏
Mar 23, 2025 · UKCat4lifeThis place is supposed to be fun and enjoyable for kids, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. During our first visit, my daughter—who measured 48 inches with shoes—was allowed to participate in the go-karts and Sky Zone activities, so we purchased the Ultimate Pass. Based on that experience, we bought the same passes again on our second visit. However, this time the staff didn’t allow her on Sky Zone and she was 1 inch short maybe ?, which left her in tears while I was busy watching my younger child in another area.To make matters worse, during that visit, my daughter stepped in melted ice cream under a table. Wasn't expecting melted ice-cream under the table. The go-karts also have a very long wait time, and they only allow four people on at a time, which means you’re lucky if you get even one ride. The AR area is never open both times we were there, despite being included in the pass we paid for.Overall, the experience felt overpriced for what you actually get—mostly just jumping around. If you buy membership you have to commit to a 12 month payments. You’re better off going to Twin Silo Park, where kids can enjoy the outdoors, get fresh air, and have fun for free. Sadly, we won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.
May 30, 2025 · VELLA VLI’m beyond frustrated with my experience at Urban Air today. As a pass holder, I expect a certain level of service and fairness, but today was an absolute disappointment. I brought my child to play, and when she was on a ride, a staff member (James) told her she could only go on the ride twice. When asked why, he said he wanted to “keep the line moving.” The ridiculous part? There wasn’t a single child in line. My child was patiently waiting and following all the rules, but she was still told she couldn’t continue riding—despite there being no one else waiting. There’s no sign or rule anywhere stating this limitation, and honestly, it feels like a completely arbitrary and unfair decision. We pay for a pass to allow our kids to enjoy these activities, and to be told they can’t ride because of a random rule made up on the spot is incredibly frustrating. The staff member was dismissive, and this experience really ruined our visit. This is unacceptable, especially when you're a paying customer. Too bad in managing a place where kids come to enjoy..
Jun 14, 2025 · Ami GaikwadI visited this Urban Air for the first time this past weekend with my family, and it was a very fun time. My kids really enjoyed being here. This visit marked the second Urban Air I've now been to as my family, and I went to the Urban Air in Denver earlier this year. I don't think one is better than the other. Each one has different stuff, and they also have similar stuff. The prices of course were similar so nothing was different there. I loved that this location had an indoor go-kart track. My kids couldn't stay away from it. Another difference that I liked is that the cafeteria/dining area is much larger than the Denver location. But like the Denver location, there's just so much to do for kids, and even the adults have fun, too. There's many sections for people to jump, there's a big obstacle course, a big ball pit area, some obstacles to climb like a climbing wall, some arcade games, a hang glide ride, a virtual reality game section and much more. When you need a breather there's of course snacks and meal type of foods too as well as many beverages. The employees I dealt with were friendly, and it seemed like a well run facility. I really have no criticism for this location. It was a really great visit.
