Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
We enjoy visiting urban air for their ball pit and reasonable pricing. This allowed me to overlook the upkeep of the facility. In our recent visit, I was first surprised to learn that my son no longer qualifies for the shorty 40. That’s interesting seeing as though he isn’t tall enough to do the other activities. With the new pricing and policies, the shorty 40 tickets does not include access to the ball pit. It is now height restricted. The playground and ball pit were closed. That was very disappointing for my two children. I was more frustrated with the pricing not being adjusted to accommodate activities being closed or restricted. I personally do not let my children play in the foam pit due to its condition. Hopefully the new policies mean new equipment is coming. Otherwise, it’s not really worth it.
Mar 12, 2025 · Adrianna JohnsonWe love Urban air! I have been a member at this location for 4 years now since my son was three years old really enjoy coming here. It is our "after school program"even after so many years my son still loves coming here.
Feb 12, 2025 · Tameka LopezToday is my daughter’s birthday. She had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super friendly. They even gave her a sticker. The cashier gauge at the concession stand has impeccable customer service. He’s patient he’s kind and he knows how to deal with rowdy kids and impatient parents. this is the best urban air in town.!
Feb 03, 2025 · Anna ValdezMy son loves coming here, but you never know what to expect. I find it expensive for the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. Sometimes you find random power tools and cleaning products left unattended in the "under 7 years old" section, out of parents field of vision (i only saw it because i climbed up in that section to accompany a friend's child).
Jun 09, 2025 · Isabelle A. RobertsDear Urban Air Viera Management,I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unprofessional and inappropriate treatment my 5.5-year-old daughter Ava received from your employee Gage during our visit on 6/17/25.Incident Summary:While my daughter was playing at your facility, I informed her that laser tag would begin in 5 minutes. She became excited and ran toward the laser tag room with other children. An employee working behind the food counter (Gage) allegedly shouted for her to stop running, but she did not hear him due to the loud music playing throughout your facility. Instead of addressing this appropriately, Gage instructed the laser tag operator to exclude my daughter from participating as punishment for running. This caused my daughter significant distress, and she came to me crying.Specific Concerns:No Posted Signage: When I addressed this with your manager, I requested to see signs prohibiting running. None could be located, indicating children and parents have no way of knowing this alleged rule exists.Unreasonable Expectations: The facility plays loud music that makes it difficult for children to hear staff instructions, yet your employee expected a 5.5-year-old to hear and immediately comply with shouted directions.Selective Enforcement: Gage only targeted my daughter despite other children also running, demonstrating unfair and discriminatory treatment.Inappropriate Disciplinary Action: Your employee unilaterally decided to exclude my child from an activity she was excited to participate in, effectively punishing a young child for age-appropriate behavior in the absence of clear rules.Unprofessional Behavior: When I addressed these concerns, Gage was argumentative and dismissive, stating the manager would support his actions rather than listening to legitimate concerns or offering an apology. This incident reflects poorly on your establishment's customer service standards and staff training. Children should feel welcome and safe at your facility, not targeted for behaving like children in an environment designed for active play.I expect a formal response addressing how you will prevent similar incidents, appropriate training for staff on customer service and child interaction protocols.
