Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Do yourself a favor. Read the bad reviews, they're all true. When I first walked in the first thing I noticed was a cigarette smell inside the location. The wait to buy tickets was about 15 minutes not including the time it takes to sign the legal forms. The place is not very clean and feels uninviting. I have visited many Urban Air locations across different states, but this one does not get my vote. This location is by far the worst I've visited. The men's restroom is a disaster. Please see pics.
Dec 29, 2024 · Wellington CamejoThis place looks bigger online and from the outside than it actual was. The staff were not friendly, distracted flirting with each other and some just rude. There were several 16+ year old kids rough housing and staff did not address it. My kids were getting hit in the face because they were throwing balls from the arcade toy redemption around on the trampolines. The female staffer in attached photo just flirted with them and talked about plans for when not at work. The zip line harness did not seem to be fitted properly so it caused several bruises. The ninja course area was such a free for all the I had my kids avoid it. There is no line control so kids cut you off and staff couldn't care less. The only area that was staffed well was the rock climbing walls but even then, there are eight walls and staff only had four in use so line was long. Overall I would not recommend this place

Jan 12, 2025 · Flowers and KainI recently visited Urban Air and had an excellent experience. The venue offered a wide range of activities that catered to different interests, but what really stood out for me were the Go Karts and the Sky Rider.Go Karts: The Go Karts were a thrilling experience, providing an adrenaline rush like no other. The tracks were well-designed, and the safety measures were in place, ensuring a fun and secure experience for all participants.Sky Rider: The Sky Rider was another highlight of my visit. The simulation of flight was incredibly realistic, and the sensation of soaring through the air was exhilarating. However, one aspect that detracted from my experience was the crowd. Urban Air was highly crowded on the weekends, which made it challenging to fully enjoy some of the activities. The long wait times and crowded spaces were overwhelming at times.Despite the crowds, I would still highly recommend Urban Air to anyone looking for a fun and adventurous experience. With some planning and strategic timing, visitors can minimize their wait times and make the most of their visit.Recommendation: Visit Urban Air during the weekdays or off-peak hours to avoid the crowds and make the most of your experience.
May 26, 2025 · Iker liffKids love it here. They get to run and have fun. The storage locker only takes cash. Safe your socks for the next visits. Pizza and slushy are really good
