Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park Reviews
Kaleigh R met me at the door with a bright happy smile and immediately began offering help and guidance! She was so pleasant the entire time! I never noticed an exasperated look on her face (there were 40 people in our party room so it was crazy - I’m a good way!)! She helped me so much with serving and keeping us stocked with food and drinks! As for the room: we LOVED being up high and able to look out over the play floor! There were two long tables for our 20 kids and all fit just fine. There were two small round tables. We used one for gifts and one for cake and drink pitchers. We did ask to have a third small table brought in for our favor bags and with big parties, might be helpful to have a separate little table for the pizzas (but if only 10-12 kids in the party, no extra table would have been needed (in my opinion). The kids had a fabulous time playing and all the parents kept telling me how impressed they were with everything (compared to other places we all frequent for our parties in the past)! Thank you so much for such an incredible time!!
Apr 26, 2025 · Miranda WickwireI tried to take my son to Urban Air in Denham Springs and was told that I would not be able to use a Free Pass that I was given a few months ago. The manager on duty, Logan (who was very kind), informed me that because they were under new management the pass would not be accepted because it was not properly filled out by the employee who gave it to me. The park closed at 8pm, and we were there a few minutes after 7pm…less than an hour of jump time, but we were turned away. I left frustrated with a disappointed 7 year old. I understand business, but customer service in this case would have benefited this establishment where they could have accepted the pass considering it was for less than an hour.
Jun 12, 2025 · Amy MartinThe person responding to the reviews (which would be the GM) never fully accepts his employee's wrongdoings that customers speak up about. I notice there's always a "reason" or an excuse, rather than being like "You know what ma'am/sir you are absolutely right and I will hold the correct person accountable and do better next time. I do apologize.Your customers are obviously the heart of your business and you never want them to feel unheard or feel that their issue was just blown off. They're happiness and satisfaction should be your #1 priority. Instead, you make excuses of why this happened or why that happened. It's unprofessional.Seems like the children run the place. They do, actually. Urban Air will ultimately fail, and probably pretty fast, if management doesn't start being the leaders they need to be.Ps - try cleaning also ;)
Jun 16, 2025 · Jennifer UnderwoodIt was a lot of fun. The bumper cars were fun; but only 3 of the 7 cars were working, so there was a long wait. The zip line was a blast. Pretty much all the staff was high school age and they were not very friendly or helpful. But otherwise we had a good time.
Dec 22, 2024 · Wendi HaleyThis the absolutely the best experience we’ve had EVER! Ms. Kristen is awesome! Her and Evan definitely made this the best experience ever at UA! We will be back!
