Trampoline City Reviews
I've been before, but I don't think I'll go again. Took my 7 & 15 today, and for the amount of things out of order and dirty.. it should have been half-priced tickets if you only get half the entertainment. Three of the MAIN attractions were out of order, and more. The "arcade" doesn't give tickets for prizes, the games are impossible to win, and the actual prizes inside are literally a dollar store bag of toys split into individual "winnable prizes" . We weren't allowed to bring our drinking water in, but they sell bottled water for 3$, and without any air-conditioning (it definitely wasn't on today, if they do have it).... I don't feel great about the time or money spent there today.Edit: the staff was great, friendly and helpful people. But maybe clocking in prior to 3 minutes after the business is supposed to open, would give them more time to address these issues.
Aug 08, 2024 · B. C.You know, from outside you don't realize how awesomely big it is inside. We had a blast and even when my wife and I sat in a room to relax, the tv video feed gives you live video so you can watch your kiddos from virtually anywhere in there. The staff was polite and friendly and even checked in with the family to see how we were enjoying ourselves thanks Jay and your team. I see really cool things happening.. thank you.. we will be back.

Oct 30, 2023 · Candi AlvarezThis was amazing can't wait to go again, Kidz all had a blast. Needs some repairs, and Zipline was down. Staff was amazing and polite, on the down side price change not posted to website and no real place with tables, lots of benches. Also told I couldn't have a party without buying package.
