Sep 02, 2024 · Amy Wopsle**Absolutely disappointing experience – unfair policies, rude service, and zero regard for loyal or military families.**We visited this trampoline park recently, excited for a fun day out with the family, but our experience was ruined from the moment we stepped through the door.First, we were told we *had* to buy their jump socks—even though we already had the exact same ones from a previous visit. They were still in perfect condition, clearly branded with the park’s own logo, but the staff insisted we couldn't use them "for safety reasons" and made us purchase new ones. That felt like nothing more than a cheap cash grab.Next, we tried to use our military discount. My Nana’s husband is retired military, and we’ve used his ID before at other businesses with no issue. But because he wasn’t *physically* present this time (even though we had his ID with us), they flat-out refused the discount. No willingness to consider, no flexibility, just a robotic “policy is policy” response. It was honestly insulting. Military families make sacrifices too—and this kind of rigid treatment was beyond disappointing. To make matters worse, when we politely asked to speak with someone about these policies, the staff suddenly changed their tone. We were met with attitude and unprofessional behavior, and eventually *refused service altogether* just for trying to get clarification. No explanation. No apology. Just told we weren’t welcome to jump anymore. We had kids with us who were devastated—and confused why adults were treating customers this way. We’ve been to several trampoline parks over the years and have never been treated this poorly. This place clearly prioritizes squeezing extra money out of visitors over providing a respectful, family-friendly experience. If you're military, or just value basic customer service and decency, I’d recommend skipping this location entirely.
Jun 14, 2025 · Nagi SeishiroIf I could give them zero stars I would.Came here with my four children to jump at this park. Showed up and was told by their staff that we would get military discount and we would be able to jump for an additional 30 minutes. We then were told that we had to buy their sock. We were upset by this and asked if the socks we had with grips were efficient. They told us no. We questioned why they were not okay then told us it was policy. We then stepped to the side of the counter to discuss if we wanted to continue to participate. Their manager then told us that we would not be able to get the military discount because the one who actively served was not present. We then discussed among ourselves if we want to go to another park. While discussing away from the counter the manager came up to us and told us that they would NOT be allowing us to come and jump at their location because 1. we were upset about the sock prices and 2. We discussed potentially going to another trampoline park. Will not be returning here unfortunately.
Jun 14, 2025 · Megan Campbellit’s was ok. Had my sons 12th birthday party there. Honestly like the other parks in area better. They have a few arcade games which are so so. No kids were playing them. Our assistant well he said he didn’t feel good so he wasn’t offering much. Just wasn’t impressed with a $400 birthday for 10 people. so next time JUMP ZONE FOR US.
