Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
98° and no air conditioning. My family left after my kids were sweating, became nauseated, and one nearly passed out. I was sweating as well and wasn’t even jumping. Your GM gave me a partial refund when I should’ve really got a full and said she couldn’t close the store bc of higher ups even though the AC wasn’t working. Made a complaint with the city codes to call me back bc it’s negligent to operate a building like that hot inside*In response to what the owner stated, no, your AC was not working and that was per the GM who claimed it was being worked on even though there was no HVAC company present. When your keeping front doors open to help cool down the facility bc people are sweating while sitting there & you have food that is bad due to the temperature inside, you should make the call for safety to close the doors until it’s safe. Instead profits were put over safety and that’s a concern your corporate office will be made aware of….Youre Shawnee location had AC bc I drove there after leaving since you own both locations! So please stop gaslighting me about how the AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. This is a large facility, not a house with a 1975 AC Unit 🙄
Jun 22, 2025 · DesiSoLovelyThis was a great place that our entire party had fun at. We had a double birthday party for our sons here this past weekend. Staff was friendly, when we actually got to speak with them but there was zero staff supervision in any area where children played. We were with ours so we were watching their behavior but so many other children were left unsupervised by their parents and their was no staff watching either. I feel like there should be at least one staff member supervising each play area for when their parents are choosing not to supervise. Aside from all that, it's become clear that cleaning and sanitation is not being done here either. 5 days after our visit here, 5 people in our party, including myself, have tested positive for covid. We are currently checking with others to see if they are sick as well. Our children and other children in our group had fun here but we will not be returning as public health and safety is clearly not a concern at this place
Feb 05, 2025 · Jolene DoveThis place was open early on a Saturday so my 4-year-old daughter and many of her classmates could have a birthday party there while playing on all the fun equipment and challenges that they have here. It seemed clean. Most of the playground equipment and challenges seemed in pretty good shape and everyone had fun and there were only a few ouchies, so that's great too! I'm sure my daughter would love to return to play some more!
May 13, 2024 · andy schillerMy kids enjoyed it very well fun place to go for the family. I do recommend this place. I give it five stars. It was our first time going in our kids loved it.
May 03, 2025 · Lindsay PyattA lot of fun and definitely a great workout. I wish there was an adult workout hour, its mostly overrun with children but it is a trampoline park. Great for kids and birthday parties! You pay for 60-120 mins $23-$28 per person plus $5 for socks. Unless you bring sky zone socks from a previous visit. Fun activities you will get worn out quick though! Don’t underestimate it!
