Apr 06, 2025 · shai benAwesome experience for a birthday party! Staff was wonderful, the whole process was flawless, the kids had a total blast, the facility was large and clean. I would highly recommend it for a birthday party or a membership! If we did not live all the way up in Santa Barbara I would totally become a member.
Apr 20, 2025 · Alexandra FreemanI love coming to this place. My daughter and I have a blast for hours. However, this place really need to maintain things better. The foam blocks are coming apart and plastic dust gets in My daughter's eyes and lungs. The water dispenser has had a change filter indicator blinking for months. And now, instead of changing the filter they have covered up the indicator with a piece of duct tape. That's just wrong.Just change the filter! Or at least let people know they're using a filter that isn't properly maintained.
Dec 02, 2024 · Michael ThorneStaff are really friendly and the wait times aren't very long. I do think that since there's a lot of people that go they really should invest in AC because it's gets really hot and stuffy in there. My daughter and I go here and there and some of the kids are very rude.. shes only 7 and when she's trying to do an obstacle course there's kids hanging out on it unsupervised and no one can get through. Either the parents need to let their kids know not to block things because they aren't the only ones there.. or staff should really consider watching those areas carefully. Otherwise it's a great place to be for my daughter to get her energy out.
Apr 12, 2025 · Brianna GonzalesUPDATE to Owner's Response: No, you were not booked to capacity when I arrived. We got there at 4pm (event was ending at 5pm) and very large groups of people were already leaving the private event. I even pointed out to the manager that the place was not crowded now, but he dismissed me completely.I am very upset about something that occurred yesterday when we tried to visit the park. My 2 small sons and I have Elite Memberships (VIP). As such, our contract states that we have 2 hours of jump time Saturdays and Sundays. However, yesterday, the manager and another young man turned us away at the door because they were having some private event. I was shocked and thought maybe I had missed an email or a text (which I would have understood and that would have been on me). But no, there was no advance notice of any kind. I have never had an issue with Sky Zone before, but to turn away a mother with her 2 young boys at the door when we did not receive notice is disgusting.
