Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
We hosted a party yesterday at Sky Zone in San Jose. During the event, one of our young guests was punched in the face—very close to the eye—by another child in the ball play area. The injury caused immediate swelling. Unfortunately, parents are not allowed inside this play area, and only one staff member was stationed inside to supervise.Shockingly, the staff member did not intervene until we personally asked him to stop the aggression. We requested an apology from the child who threw the punch, but the employee responded with dismissiveness and rudeness. It was deeply concerning to witness such a lack of action—had we not seen the incident ourselves, the situation could have been far worse.I reported the staff member’s inaction to a manager named Ines. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, she accused me of harassing the employee and threatened to take action against me. When I asked who her supervisor was, she told me she was the highest authority on site. Her dismissive and confrontational attitude raised even more concerns about the safety culture at this location. Ultimately, we never received an apology from the child who caused the injury.Unless significant improvements are made in both staff training and safety oversight, I cannot recommend Sky Zone San Jose as a safe venue for children’s events. I will not be hosting another party there.
Jun 15, 2025 · Hui WangMixed Feelings About Our Mega VIP Birthday Experience – 3/5 StarsI booked the Mega VIP package at Sky Zone for my son’s birthday on 5/23, and while my son had an absolute blast (which is the most important part), I walked away with mixed feelings.Starting with the positives: our party host, Jason, was fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and great with the kids—definitely a highlight of the experience. However, I was disappointed by a few key issues. When I received the confirmation email, it clearly stated that a fridge/freezer was available, which is why I went out of my way to purchase the ice cream cake my son really wanted. Unfortunately, I was told upon arrival that there was no freezer, only a fridge. After sitting for two hours, the cake was melting and soggy—a big letdown on what should’ve been a perfect day.Additionally, I was told that the water bottles would be brought to us, but that never happened. I had to go ask for them myself, which, while minor, was frustrating given how much this package costs. All in all, my son had fun, and Jason did a great job, but for the price and what was promised, I expected better communication and follow-through on the details.
May 25, 2025 · Daisy PachecoI am absolutely FURIOUS about my experience at this establishment! We came to celebrate my son's birthday with family and friends, and what unfolded was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff had the audacity to walk in with scissors and unceremoniously cut off the children's wrist bracelets without any warning or consideration. To make matters worse, they didn't even bother using safety scissors—can you believe that? What kind of place endangers kids like this?!The sheer rudeness of the staff was astounding. There was no semblance of customer service; we felt completely disregarded and disrespected. It’s incomprehensible that they would treat paying customers—and children, no less—this way.Do yourself a favor: DO NOT waste your money booking anything with them! They clearly do not care about their customers at all.
May 14, 2025 · Gabriela SilvaThis place is awesome!!! The kids love it, and it's reasonably priced. The staff could do a better job at handling the rowdy older kids as they have knocked over my toddler while running and chasing each other across the trampolines, however, the staff is pretty nice and respectful. All in all, it's a great place to bring the kids and provides a great workout all in one!
Apr 08, 2025 · Laura KissMy daughter visited from California and absolutely loved this place. We'll be back in April, when she's on Spring break.
