Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
Been a member on and off the last 2 winters, The good: plenty to do, usually safe for my youngest kid (4 yo) w/ mostly younger kids, fun to watch them grow in ability each trip and try new tricks. The bad: every time I’m here a piece of equipment in either/both obstacle course(s) is down & nothing has been replaced in almost a year. It’s impossible to complete one of them at this point, huge gaps that Michael Jordan couldn’t jump. Bathroom is usually not in great shape. Owners please invest in/budget for upkeep/maintenance. This place has to be making enough money, skip a vacation or two next year.
May 04, 2025 · Jason CWent on a Saturday there was an older woman standing at the entrance that said it’s a zoo in there. My first time taking my kids to a place like this. It was absolutely crazy in there and I could easily see kids getting hurt. Tried to separate my younger kids from the bigger ones but they seemed to try and get close to them anyway. Just be aware if you take younger kids here there’s a chance they might leave hurt. My son jammed his finger and my younger one hurt his knee.
Feb 19, 2025 · AmonetteAvoid this place. The employees allowed me to run the zip lining course for my kids and all the kids in there because they were too busy smoking pot in the bathroom stall. There were about 25 kids working. All of them were in and out of the break room the entire time. Nobody at the front desk. The kid making pizza had his girlfriend on video call on the table where the food was being made. The swings were monitored by some dude on his phone the entire time and wouldn’t get off his ass to help, saying the pole to retrieve the swing was broken! Everything was ripped, broken, shut down. It was filthy!!. 4 or 5 girls that were working were hanging in the handicap stall the entire time!! The manager was even in the break room! People who were walking in got tired of someone to check them in so they just went on through and started jumping! So many employees, but none of them actually worked!!! I was getting scared for my safety and my children’s, I will NEVER BE BACK.!!!!
Feb 16, 2025 · robin kougherI visit this place from time to time—I’ll be honest, not very often. However, I enrolled my kids in a monthly subscription here, and based on my visits, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of staff supervision and attentiveness to children’s safety. While the place still offers fun activities for the kids, it’s noticeably less safe than it used to be. As a parent, you really have to keep a constant eye on your child. It’s also important to watch out for the behavior of other kids, especially in areas like dodgeball or where children take turns, as these can easily become unsafe. Sadly, it’s clear that this place is going downhill.
May 04, 2025 · Tarek El-FahamWhile fun and a nice large facility, you’ll have to monitor your child’s safety on your own, because there is no management present and the employees don’t seem to prioritize that aspect. I would say it wasn’t very clean and three obstacles were temporarily out of service. My son did enjoy his time there, but got bumped into quite a bit by bigger children jumping with no supervision. We left a bit early because it was getting rowdy and safety started being a concern.
