Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Bro this place doesn’t even deserve a one star , worst sky zone I’ve ever been to . To start off I was charged online for the Elite membership-parent add on and once I got here the staff told me I only paid for my child but my transaction said I did paid for the parent add on . When I showed them my receipt he went on saying that their system was down (ummm okayyyy) The staff 👀😑🫣 just stand there . The only zone that being held down right is the zip line because it’s always CLOSED . Basketball area if there’s 30 high schoolers playing tryna look cool you best believe they’ll be attentive to that . Dutch ball area is a mess . There was 4 staff members fighting for who was going to hold it down for that area .YOU GOT KIDS (employees)TAKING CARE OF KIDS HERE!. The place is dusty and dirty . Bathrooms are a mess , no toilet paper no hand soap . The employees are rude and not professional. I don’t recommend!!! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫Check out the sky zone in other areas because the prices are different too for the membership. I paid less at the Alhambra area . I love it over there .
Mar 23, 2025 · Nancy A.We came here since the Sky Zone in Valencia closed a while back (hoping the new one in Santa Clarita opens soon though) We have never been to this location and I want to believe that because of it being a weekend and birthday parties it was super busy, the wait to enter was about 10 or so minutes maybe more. There staff should be more aware of the cleanliness, and the restroom cleanliness as well. The parking is horrible too.
Mar 09, 2025 · Maggie C.my son wanted his 10th bday here, I got the VIP package, money well spent, the kids had a great time. I loved that each party room had a designated person for setting up serving everyone and even cleaning up after the party. overall a great experience
Apr 10, 2025 · Sofi MachandjyanI had my son‘s 14th birthday here. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space was clean. The bathrooms could be cleaner, however, but I understand it was a busy weekend. I’m taking away one star because it’s a little confusing how they add the gratuity when you host a birthday party. They take 10% or 15% of the entire birthday package when in actuality the person helping you with the birthday room is really only helping you for the one to two hours that you have the room. They should be tipped for the time that they worked not for the entire time that you were at sky zone. But they kind of slip it in when you’re giving your final payment. So it seemed a little slick.
Jun 04, 2025 · placid boneIt was a great place for both the kids and I to burn off all our energy while spending quality time together.
