Sky Zone Trampoline Park Reviews
I work for a youth center in Denver and we brought three of our continuing 8th grade students to this Sky Zone to celebrate their accomplishment. I could not more highly recommend this Sky Zone and their friendly and welcoming staff! Our students had so much fun, there was plenty to keep them entertained, and the facility was so clean and easy to get to. Dustin, thank you so much for all your help in creating such an amazing experience for us!
May 06, 2025 · Meg ArroyoBest Skyzone location. I recently hosted a playdate with my teenager and his friends. Staff is so nice and welcoming. My loved the layout of the skyzone too. There were lots of staff members around checking that kids were being safe at the jumping areas. So far the best skyzone location where we have been at.
May 31, 2025 · Cricia BonillaI was not impressed with how they treated us. We were late, yes, for the birthday party we were to attend. Part of that had to do with the fact that my toddler had a bad spit up in the car. I realized when we parked that I had a mess to deal with and called another mother out to take my 4-year-old in as we still had 30ish minutes to play. By the time I changed my toddler 's clothes and cleaned the mess we had a little more than 10 minutes left to play. However, after I waited in line, the front desk told me that my 23-month old would have to sit out and could not have a wrist band, even after explaining the situation to them. I, in turn, was not even given a spectator wristband (which I didn't know I needed.) I went up to take over watching my 4-year-old play while my 23-month old sat out. Within minutes I had another staff member approach me and ask where my spectator wristband was. I explained the situation, received little understanding, and was asked to report to the party room. The host paid for 10 kids and 5 showed up. Sky Zone was not crowded at all and we arrived within the birthday play window, but were offered no kindness whatsoever. I understand you're a for profit business, but you received more than a fair amount of money. What type of experience are you hoping to provide for families? I do not think the way we were treated would be part of the company's vision. It was like we were being watched over to make sure no one got one minute extra. I felt sick when the host was then asked for a tip afterward and clearly felt guilted into one. It was icky.People deserve to be treated better. Little kids deserve to be treated better. We will absolutely never be back.
Jun 14, 2025 · Sadie HughesGot here at 11:00 am on a Saturday, was not packed at all , very good decent amount of people here . Clean, environment when we came , good jumping and play equipment to keep my kids busy and having fun. Decided to get the membership. Worth coming to bring your kids to have fun and let out all that energy. No issues here at all, I’ve read some bad reviews and was kind of scared to come. I’ve been to lava island and this place was way more better and fun for the kids. Definitely recommend this place , and also Recommend coming early right when or shortly after they open.
Apr 06, 2024 · Aleigha martinezWow such a great place with big trampolines for kids and elders too. They also have dodge ball with a lot of other trampolines to jump. The staff are great and helpful. Go visit in summer with your kids.
