Gymnastics Factory Reviews
Our kids, now 6 and 7 years young, have been attending gymnastics here since babies! Very friendly coaches and staff. They teach good technique as well as having FUN! 😃 They are also very accommodating with prorating future days off or furnishing open gym passes for an unexpected absence. Very affordable for parents that have multiple children enrolled.
Oct 23, 2024 · Dina BellaviaGross gym!! Everywhere you step is hazardous! Floor is disgusting and needs to be updated badly. How does one think it’s ok to host a gymnastic meet at a run down facility.
Feb 16, 2025 · Giselle VIf you have a young kiddo that’s barely starting to come out of their shell, this facility is not the right place. They expect gymnastic robots. I registered my daughter for mini ninjas (It’s described as a beginner’s class), but there was no introduction for the children. Not even a simple hello from their instructor. The children were immediately instructed to take shoes off and run in a circle. My daughter, having never participated in a class like this was very uncomfortable and confused and none of the two ladies supervising them stepped in to guide her. After a few different exercises I asked if I could step in to guide my daughter and get her more comfortable. Was told it was okay by instructor, but a couple minutes later I was told I could not be on the mat by a man I’m assuming might’ve been a manager? My daughter immediately started bawling after I was told I had to get off. There was absolutely no way I could leave her there and have her to participate in something like that. Strongly recommend searching for another facility if you have a small child
Jun 11, 2024 · Cyndi FloresMy daughter just finished her first session as beginner (5-6) year old. I am neutrally satisfied because I have nothing to compare it with. The teachers seemed to know what they are doing (all were very young)--but I am not trained in this discipline so I don't have a clue.My daughter made friends, had fun, and learned a little discipline with stretching, balancing, and core. She loved it.We are not committing to additional sessions until I have had the opportunity to look around the county/town at other gymnastic programs. Parents were able to view their kids from 2nd floor observation room (that was not disinfected in between sessions) and closed circuit TVs. The coaches NEVER had a conversation or feedback with the parents so you really have no idea how your child is actually progressing. The woman manning the front counter can come across abrasive and mean at times. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS ONCE YOU HAVE PAID. And ion like that. :(
May 24, 2022 · Dimples FrisonMy first review was really loaded and aggressive, and while it wasn't undeserved, I'm not really all that angry anymore. Yeah, this place was verbally abusive and occasionally physically abusive with "messing around" that was dangerously bordering on "manhandling". Making a girl watch as everyone else did exercises because she wasn't "brave enough" to do a certain dismount was horrible. But I have so many good memories with all my teammates. When I was competing there for a good 3 years, we used to do kid's dances and laugh along with the coaches. We ate desserts when people had birthdays and went on the trampoline to mess around on good days. I'm not angry anymore. I'm just sad. I wish the coaches didn't have an abusive side so I could've enjoyed it more. I miss gymnastics. I wish it hadn't caused me so much pain.
