FUNBOX TROY Reviews
The kids and I had a great time. They really enjoyed everything and the snow cones! As a parent I loved the shoe organization and the restroom set up with fresh water and hand sanitizer everywhere. Also, the staff at the gate were very accommodating and have very great customer service!!
Jun 09, 2025 · TheRanenareneeIt was pretty good, would I do it again? Definitely maybe. As an plus sized adult I was surprised at how well most things held me up and it was pretty user friendly. I would say definitely pay attention to the weather. We went when the sun was high and very hot. Because of this we had to take a cool down break with the snow cones. They were a little over priced, but from a business aspect it makes sense. My kids really enjoyed themselves and bounced so high. Definitely a fun family trip. Can't wait until they come back to Michigan 🩷
Jun 16, 2025 · Rasheda WhiteWe went on the last day of the season. It was hot and sunny out. The staff seemed like they were doing their best and area was decently clean. It was the patrons not taking items to the garbage can and just throwing it to the ground. It would be great if there was more staffing to help attend to matter like that like cleaning. The bouncer was fairly clean. Maybe 6/10 for cleanliness. The music was a bit too loud near the waiting areas. I would have rather smaller speakers spa ed apart than 2-4 over sized speakers blasting. What mattered most was the opinion of the kids. They gave it a "4 out of 10. It was too hot to the touch. It did not offer enough variety to stay interested. Not enough staffing to keep the older kids away from being rough near the small kids." Did I find it a horrible experience? No. It was just ok and you could find more variety for cheaper at a local indoor Bounce House location. It just was not worth the price.Speaking of which: there was a VIP package and a standard package. I purchased the VIP and saw no difference from the standard even though the price was double. I still had to purchase socks and snow cones and the line was shared by all; so, no fast pass or extra time. So, what made it VIP?
Jun 16, 2025 · Paul WebbWe took our Grandkids who are 12 and 8 and they had a good time..plenty for them to do. I am not in agreement to charge Seniors to enter the event and I was not able to watch them having fun since I did not have socks with me and I wasn’t going to purchase a pair. I told the kids they could have snow cones before they left but we were told they were out of cups..they were very disappointed. How could they be out of cups when they were more groups coming in after us?
Jun 16, 2025 · Maida DudekI saw adults in the ads for this place, so we went. I am sure if you have kids, this is great for them. If we had kids it would probably get 5 stars. While they do want adults to be with the children, it is more for observation, I think, than actual grown-up enjoyment. Everything is very much made for exclusively children and will not support your weight, other than the obstacle course. If you try to go fast and actually race one the obstacle course, you will learn you are much less in-shape than you think you are.My one actual complaint is there was a random child on my side of the obstacle course who told me to "get off of her side". The attendant noticed her (I heard him say, with no context or warning to me, "what is she still doing in there?") but didn't actually do anything about removing her. A few kids after I went also mentioned her being in there. That could have been a mess if she got in the way of a bigger kid who was actually racing.I understand why they attendant didn't physically remove the child, but I thought they would at least make an announcement or talk to the kid or something.
