I come very often to Flying squirrel trampoline park in Weston. For the first time my son asks me to buy a card so I can play in the mechanical games. They tell me that there is a machine where you can buy these cards. I place the payment method and select a card and the machine throws me 10 cards. I see my account statement and 210 dollars had been debited. I went to the entrance to customer service and the manager of the establishment tells me that he can't do anything, that these machines are not the responsibility of this establishment. I don't understand or for the first time it happens to me that an establishment has machines that present this type of error and do not take care of it. They tell me that I have to call a number on the machine and the number on the machine is for maintenance. Definitely disappointed with the handling thinking that it is a serious company. I don't recommend it.

Very nice plc. Well kept (CLEAN) and everything is in great condition and definitely can tell things are replaced when needed. What makes this place even better is ALL the activities are included in the admission price.

From the moment me and my family walked in, it was a great experience. The staff Ricky, Alex, and the cashiers were super welcoming. We had an issue that Ricky quickly solved. I would come back without a doubt. Not to mention the place was super clean and smelled good. Most places aren’t like this.

We had a party today at the park. The park is nice and clean. We only had 1 major issue: the party that was booked after us showed up 40 mins before their time. They were entering the room while we were trying to arrange the gifts, looking around and simply standing there. We felt rushed. The party helper was trying not to be rude to them and to pacify us, but it was totally disrespectful of them. We told them that it’s not their time yet, but they were just standing at the door still. So we had to hurry up and leave the facility. When booking the parties make sure to tell them not to show up before their time, better yet, when they are checking in tell them that it’s not their party time yet. I don’t understand why somebody would check them in 40 mins before their party time knowing really well that the room is occupied!!! And you know really well how hard it is to arrange all the kids and make sure they all have their stuff. It will be awhile before we book another party
