DO Jump Extremely Physical Reviews
I have been training in trapeze here for a little over a year now and I cannot say enough how much I highly recommend this place both to take classes with and to see performances at. There is a wide variety of classes for youth and adults alike ranging from partner acrobatics to trapeze to silks, straps, and rope.I started taking trapeze here when I was 24 in the adult classes and I was definitely one of the youngest in class. It's a great way to work out and have fun while doing it. The teachers are amazing and each of them contributes in different ways to help you out. If you're on the fence about whether you could do it or not, don't question yourself. In my first beginner class there was a woman who was 70 doing the trapeze and staying right along with the rest of us. So if you're a child at heart, this is the home for you!

Nov 21, 2018 · Kimie UeokaDo you want a REAL work out? I mean, the kind that leaves you dead on the couch the next day? Go here. Seriously- aerial exercise is amazing. I took a 2 hour introductory course and afterwards felt muscles that I had no idea existed.
