Chuck E. Cheese Reviews
Had my 3 year olds birthday party here and here and the other kids had a blast. The place was pretty clean and most of the games were in good working order. Staff tried to make sure things weren’t chaotic and seemed in good spirits. They let the adults play some which was nice. Food wasn’t bad, pizza was pretty good. My only gripe was they asked us to move our party table immediately after presents and cake we were in the middle of eating. I understand if it was because there was another party after us, but there was nobody and there was other empty tables also I’m not sure the need for it. Other than that and the warm beer that they had, our kids had a blast so we will be back.
Jun 10, 2025 · Nikki GWe went fairly early in the day I think we got there around 2pm and left right before 6pm. I ordered 200 points for $50, a large pizza half of it with toppings, two orders of traditional bbq wings, and a fountain drink. It totaled $116.66. I also paid $12 for my two year old to use the trampoline. For the price, about 40% of the games were not working. It was a Sunday. So it was a nice amount of children and parents. The floor was in need of sweeping. The employees all were nice, but I think they allow too many children on the trampoline at once. They only have 3 and I think it was like 10 children at a time. Granted they have a height limit, but there shouldn’t be more than two children to a trampoline at a time. The food was decent. The pizza was good the wings were mediocre and sort of mushy. There was no one at the door when me and my children left, so there was no one doing the family check which could be extremely dangerous. Nit sure if it’s because they were kind of busy, but that’s no excuse. Not sure if we’ll return to this Chuck E. Cheese, I was in the fairlawn area at the mall which is how I ended up choosing this location to visit.
Mar 25, 2025 · BrittanyMy little guy has autism. He’s been wanting to go to Chuck E. Cheese for two years. The staff made our day amazing my little guy had the best time ever thank you you so much Akron Chuck E. Cheese. for a wonderful time
Jun 24, 2025 · Stacey HayesBrought my daughter and her friend here for a small birthday get together. She had a blast. Pizza was pricey but I was pleasantly surprised that it was rather good. The only complaint was it seemed to be a little short staffed that day (people had to wait to get in, no one checked our stamps at the gate when we left to ensure we had the right children) but it was 3x busier than the last time we had been here about a year ago. Bit pricey for the rewards the kids could obtain in one trip but they had a blast and that's all that really mattered.
Feb 19, 2025 · Ken ZVery expensive! Large pizza and four drinks was 43$ then for one hour of play was $24 and that didn’t include the tiny tiny trampoline square to jump in which was an additional $12 for their “socks” per kid. No free play place just video games and small kiddy “car” rides. There is no more animatronic band either just a big screen with the band. The entrance greeter was rude also to my 3 year old who was scared at first. He was like omg what’s wrong with him. Not very professional. I just don’t think it was worth the cost of it.
