Big Air Trampoline Park Reviews
This indoor trampoline playground is so much more than just trampolines – it’s an all-in-one adventure zone for kids (and adults too!). Besides the massive trampoline area, they’ve got rock climbing walls, ninja warrior-style obstacle courses, slides, and even a mechanical riding bull – seriously, it’s like several playgrounds packed into one.I live 30 miles away, and it’s still 100% worth the trip every time. My kids never get bored here because there’s just so much to do. The space is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe. Plus, they’ve got a great variety of snacks and drinks to keep everyone fueled during breaks.Whether you’re looking for a rainy-day activity or just want to burn some energy in a fun, creative space, this place delivers. Highly recommend for families, birthday parties, or anyone looking to have a blast indoors!
Jun 02, 2025 · Ralph ChowThe place is going down hill real fast trash everywhere very unsanitary the employees don’t seem to care about the upkeep of this place. A bunch of teens that work here that are all rude and argumentative when asked to do their jobs.. and highly doubtful they fix this a/c system… in response to your reply… during which half hour do they clean?.. cause I’ve never seen the place clean or any upkeep done to your park.. look through your reviews you obviously have plenty of guesses that complain about the same thing.. and clearly you have multiple AC units in the building to keep it cool in the event one goes down such as the one shown in the picture. Clearly the unit wasn’t working properly since there was a “blockage in the line” with as much visitors as you have coming in and out you ought to opt out to replace some of the trampoline you have there some are full of stains which by the way makes your park look even more disgusting, and some have tears with a patch over it. I’m sure you can afford to replace some of them instead of just putting a bandaid over it
Jun 04, 2025 · LDWe did a Forester's Moments event for 60. The kids and families had so much fun. The staff were great. We had pizza 🍕 and sodas with our group booking and a party room. Everyone had a great time. This is a great place for family fun! Thanks Big Air Staff you were all great.
Mar 03, 2024 · Debbie WalkerOmg! We had the best time! I took my kids and their friend (ages 15,14,9,& 4). They were able to play together, by themselves, with or without other kids. There were comfortable areas to rest and they had a very clean/well maintained snack bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back!!!
Feb 18, 2022 · A. HesterI really enjoyed my time spent here with my 4 year old. There’s a special section just for toddlers which is way cool. They also offer special hours for the little ones which is cool as well. I believe it’s the first two hours of operation. There’s basketball, dodge ball, party rooms, and other acrobatic equipment. I’m a stickler for clean restrooms so I’m pleased to say that the restrooms were clean. There’s a snack bar, photo booth, vending machine, and lockers to store your personal belongings. If you’re able sign the waiver & purchase your tickets online. This will totally speed things up once you get there, all you’ll need at that point is socks. Guests are required to purchase big air socks, even if you have your own slip resistant socks they aren’t allowed. The waiver is insane and completely indemnifies the company so I’m not sure why the big fuss over the socks. Nevertheless my experience was nice, there was also a great play list going the entire time. The staff was super attentive not sure why some reviewers complained about this, they’re doing their job! Definitely going back with my brother he’s a big kid at heart. If you find that the prices are a little steep Groupon will save you some cash.
