Each instructor gives such different energy that pumps you up! The classes are fun yet challenging and no matter how much you go it never starts to feel “easier”. Barre groove has changed not only how I look and feel but also leaves me feeling proud because “yeah, I just did that trampoline routine”! Alanna and Cassie are always so supportive and I can’t help but smile when I’m in their classes. Cassie has influenced me to leave “sASSier, sweatier, sexier and stronger every class! Don’t get me started on the POM class! So fun I can’t explain it! The support of this community is unlike anything I’ve been apart of! Don’t be worried about messing up during the routines…just think of it as a solo!! Can’t say enough amazing things about them! 🩷

The instructors are lively, the music is on-point, and getting cardio in on a trampoline is unbeatable. Plus, the addition of resistance training through traditional Barre movements and bands has been a game changer — I can already feel a difference in my muscle tone after just 10 classes. The new Southie studio is such a vibe and is the perfect place to feel super empowered while getting in a great workout. Plus there’s multiple class tiers/difficulties and the instructors make you feel amazing. Cannot recommend enough!!
