While these features promise significant fun, it is vital for prospective visitors to be aware of customer feedback that has raised serious concerns. One long-term customer reported "business practices are simply unacceptable," citing a refusal to pause a membership after their child broke a leg and later, a failure to process a 60-day cancellation notice despite confirmation, leading to continued charges. The customer described this as "borderline criminal" and called for management to "Fix your system and train your employees." Another review expressed concerns about "safety and cleanliness" and mentioned "foam pieces sticking up, making it easy to trip," indicating potential hazards. These issues regarding operational practices, billing, and facility maintenance are crucial for any local Texan to consider.

Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
I really tried to give Altitude Trampoline Park the benefit of the doubt, but their business practices are simply unacceptable. When my son broke his leg at their facility, I asked them to put our membership on hold during his recovery. Shockingly, they refused, as if a child with a broken leg is expected to keep jumping. I didn’t leave a bad review then, hoping it was a one-time issue. But the second experience sealed it. My wife gave them a proper 60-day notice to cancel our membership, and the employee on the phone confirmed it. Later, we discovered they did not do anything in their system to record this cancelation notice. Their response? A blank stare and a casual “we don’t see any cancellation.” No accountability, no solution, just an offer of a brand new 60-day notice like the old one never existed.I’m done. You can keep my $21.64 in exchange for this one-star review. We couldn’t even use the last month that we were charged for, they charged us for the full month of May, yet we are’t allowed to attend it in May because the membership was finally canceled in their system in the beginning of May after a confrontation with the front desk and a supervisor. Fix your system and train your employees. This isn’t just bad service—it’s borderline criminal.
May 04, 2025 · VitaliyRecently purchased a membership for a great price. Unfortunately, the Round Rock location needs to take their “safety and cleanliness “ policy seriously. Tried to send them pictures directly, but was not able to download pictures. Hoping this gets to management and something gets done or our membership will be ending shortly. There are also foam pieces sticking up, making it easy to trip.
Mar 08, 2025 · Maria WolfI normally do not write bad reviews but this place was very gross. There were dead cockroaches under the tables. Food everywhere. Trash everywhere. Stains and gum on the trampolines. Netting broken and zip tied together.Very disappointed, I’m concerned there is no cleaning at all the there are germs everywhere. After Covid I’d expect more.
Jun 13, 2025 · Caitlyn DillmanWe LOVE our membership to Altitude! It’s worth it 100%. They have plenty of fun attractions and activities like the trapeze, ball-pit digital wall, diving board, etc.Their membership perks are also worth the monthly payment.Their employees are young and funny. Some Need a little help focusing on their job, but Jacob is very focused and professional! He keeps everyone safe and in the boundaries. My only feedback for improvement is for cleaner bathroom floors because we go into the bathroom in socks, unless we go put shoes on first.
Sep 19, 2024 · Morgan ScherAltitude Trampoline Park in Round Rock is our year-round escape plan especially when Texas decides to turn up the heat to “unbearable.” 🌞🔥 With the membership, this place is basically our second home. And trust me, it’s not just the kids bouncing I’m out there too, flipping, dunking, and living my best trampoline life. Whether it’s basketball slam dunks, dodgeball showdowns, foam pit flips, or just seeing who can jump the highest, it’s non-stop fun for all of us.If you’re looking for a fun, active, and indoor escape where the whole family can play (and maybe show off a few dunking skills), Altitude Trampoline Park is the place to be. #AltitudeEnergy #TexasHeatEscape
