Altitude Trampoline Park at Cityview Reviews
My son wanted to go here for his birthday with his friend, and we had fun when he wasn't being yelled at by the staff. I found a few of the staff members to be highly unprofessional at times. In passing, I heard one of the females talking to a patron with whom she appeared to be familiar, saying, and I quote, "You know all these damn white people are racist." Later, after hearing my son get yelled at — the only white person in the group — repeatedly, I remembered what I had heard earlier in the night. I also witnessed the staff horsing around and speaking with other adolescent males using vulgar and explicit language, which was highly inappropriate for the children present. The facility itself was fun, but some of the staff really made a bad first impression on my family and me. We went there to celebrate my son's special day, and when we left, he felt anything but special. We will not be returning to this location.Update: I wanted to provide an update: the owner privately contacted me and appeared very troubled by the comments my family and I encountered. Interestingly, while organizing photos for Father's Day, I found a video that captured some of these disrespectful remarks. I'll be sharing this clip with the owner, hoping it assists their investigation. We clearly heard a young lady loudly say, "yeah your generation, your generation racist....", even from across the room. My boys and I had to listen to such comments and endure being yelled at for the duration of our visit. I truly hope this establishment takes the necessary steps to ensure it remains a welcoming and respectful space for all children and families. Despite these unfortunate interactions, the place offered fun moments for my kids when we weren't dealing with that negativity.

Sep 30, 2023 · Ana MWe absolutely LOVE Altitude! I got my kids their season passes, and we use the heck out of them! There are always plenty of employees supervising, and they have lots of areas for different age groups!
Sep 12, 2024 · James FarrellOMGGGGG some serious fun! Want to wear the kiddos out, take them here. Several different areas with multiple activities to enjoy. Dodge ball, basketball, zip lining, foam pits, etc. Must sign a waiver of course and also the socks to wear if participating. They have snacks and beverages to purchase. A little pricey but what do you expect 🤷🏽♀️ Party areas and clean restrooms. You can purchase tickets online or inside. They have times when it is glowing. There's also a membership available for $10 a month which is super cool. The young lady at the front desk is always so nice, friendly and welcoming. We will definitely continue to go back!
Apr 02, 2021 · Sharon SymondsFirst time here and it was awesome! Had my daughters bday party here and the host we had did great! I really wish I could remember her name! She took care of ABSOLUTELY everything!! She was very talkative with me which was a HUGE plus! I actually liked this place a whole lot better than Urban Air! This place had a great atmosphere and wasn't ran by teenagers who didn't care! I will definitely be coming back here! Shout out to Southern Balloon Emporium Godley, TX for our amazing Pokémon wall!
