Altitude Trampoline Park Reviews
I realize that they are running a charity. There was no one in this place and I asked to try it out to see if I liked it. They said no and wanted to charge me for a hour. Besides they were a little right de as well the two older people in the office.
Feb 27, 2025 · jason coleLots of fun for kids and adults. Kids had fun and enjoyed their time there. You pay per hour. And you enjoy. Some trampolines can make you bounce high or low. The foam pit can make you get stuck, but people can help you get back up again. You can have a birthday party there. They make you sign a parent waiver before you go inside. Overall, it was a good experience, and the kids enjoyed it
Jan 15, 2024 · Mina MelkI had an extremely disappointing experience at this trampoline park. My sister and I brought a small meal due to our many food allergies and dietary restrictions. Despite explaining our situation politely, we were told to put our food away and were denied the ability to eat, even though we approached the situation respectfully.Their policy allows outside food for parties but not for regular guests, which makes no sense, especially for those with medical or dietary needs. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you have food allergies or expect even basic kindness and understanding.
Apr 26, 2025 · Sarah EGlad the owner finally responded — unfortunately, with a completely false version of events. For anyone considering booking and open to hearing the real story, feel free to reach out to me. I’m happy to share the truth. Sadly, this behavior is all too common — cruel, shrewd, and offensive." Also visit BBB review and local Mayor's office and get a copy of my complaint (which can never lie)Further - even no one cared to reach out even after 30 days. If you call the Manager - frontdesk says, he is not available.-----WORST Birthday Experience — A Warning to Fellow ParentsWe celebrated my daughter’s birthday party (7–9 PM) at Altitude Trampoline Park and it turned into one of the most disappointing—and frankly disturbing—experiences ever. Please read this before booking your event here:1. Hidden Charges & Deceptive Practices:We had booked an entire party room. Some of our guests briefly sat on a few unused, empty tables while watching the kids jump—and we were charged $35 per table without any prior notice. This was sprung on us during billing, with zero communication upfront. We ended up paying $95 for 10 minutes of seating that no one told us cost extra.2. Water Bottles = Extra Fees? They only provide soda. So we brought in a few water bottles for kids—and were told we’d be charged $15 extra for that. Again, no prior warning.3. Rushed, Rude, and Public Humiliation:At exactly 8:55 PM, just 5 minutes before our booking ended, the manager walked in shouting in front of our guests, started tearing off table covers, and began clearing things without even asking if we still had personal items there. It was shocking, disrespectful, and unnecessary.4. Called the Police Over a Dispute:When we calmly questioned the unfair charges, instead of discussing it reasonably, they called the police. I ended up paying just to avoid further escalation in front of children and guests.I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB and the township mayor’s office, and will be contacting their corporate office. My humble request:Please avoid booking this location. It's not just about hidden charges—it's the attitude, the aggression, and the blatant disregard for decency and respect. I felt targeted, humiliated, and frankly, this had shades of racism. I'm not using that word lightly. If you’re considering this venue, feel free to message me. I will gladly connect you with over 10 other witnesses who experienced this firsthand. Please help spread the word—no one deserves to have their celebration ruined like this.
Jun 14, 2025 · Ankur Ahujavery bad, never let us run in a TRAMPOLINE PARK. one of the kids were being very respectful when the staff members were yelling at him for apparently throwing the foam balls at the kidd. when we told the staff members to check the cameras, they were rude about it and did not even check it. they didn't check the cameras and STILL kicked out our party for no damn reason. very strict, and i guess they dont let the kids play hide and seek?
